What’s the difference between customer service and customer support?
“Customer support is can be kind of perfunctory and reactive. Which is important. But customer service at Fusion92 translates to efficiency, knowledge and going above and beyond to anticipate the needs of our clients in a proactive manner.”
What is one movie everyone should see and why?
“I’m just going to go with the one that has most affected me recently, which is Brooklyn. It’s about an Irish immigrant who moves to New York. I laughed. I cried. It’s a rollercoaster of emotions.”
What was your first CD that you ever owned?
“This is not accurate, but the one I can remember the earliest and most fondly is Middle of Nowhere by Hanson. I played it so much that my dad even knew the words.”
